Delve into the forgotten outpost, and you will meet Sammy amongst the lightless ruins, though he will NOT take too kindly to your presence.
In regards to Sammy, he can best be described as a man driven to insanity, forcing others to either see the light and embrace the "god" he believes in, or to sacrifice themselves in honor of the god. If encountered, the best way to escape is to always pay attention to one's surroundings, and to make sure the light never goes out. His method of choice is stealth strikes, so one must routinely shine light down any direction they are not normally facing, to force Sammy to backpedal. There is absolutely no good reason to enter the Outskirts Outpost, and Sammy knows every nook and cranny in it's dark halls, so if chased, the only way to make it out alive is finding an exit.
Backstory: A bit before the fall of Nexus, Sammy was given a drugged sandwich. In the hallucinations that followed, Sammy saw something, a creature, and became absolutely convinced it was real, and that it was a god, to the point that he still believed, even after the drugs had faded. He spent months trying to convince people, to no avail, slowly losing his mind due to not being believed, and not being heard. He decided to become a prophet of the creature, devout to its existence, taking over a small building on the outskirts of Nexus, sacrificing everyone inside to this creature. Now, he stalks the building, only heading out when supplies are desperately needed, capturing and sacrificing any and all unlucky travelers who wander into his domain.
Description if written: Sammy stands at 5 feet tall. He is built large. He has near pure white skin from years spent in darkness. He wears a black suit with a white bow tie, the buttons done up. On his back is a projector, strapped there for when he needs a source of light. In his right hand is his axe, and on his left hip hangs the dust pan, splattered with blood. On his face he wears a black mask with what appears to be a gigantic open maw of sharp teeth, with two white eyes staring out from the center. The maw takes up the entire head.
